How early should we arrive before our reservation time?
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to check in, do prep work, receive a safety briefing, and try on gear for fit.
Could the boarding location change after I book?
Yes. The captain may change the boarding location up to 24 hours before your trip to provide a better experience; if it changes, you will be notified by email.
What should we bring in winter months?
Bring bathing suits and towels, plus warm clothes for the boat ride back from the swim (such as hoodies), a warm hat and socks, and any cameras. A small cooler with drinks and snacks is also suggested.
