This crew has built a reputation for handling all kinds of outings with genuine warmth and professionalism. Captains like Jason, Kevin, Flynn, and Austin get called out repeatedly for being attentive and knowledgeable on the water, and crew members like Sabrina, Mariah, and Taemin seem to elevate every trip with their hospitality. Wildlife sightings, including whales, dolphins, and sea turtles, come up constantly in reviews, and the crew clearly puts real effort into finding them. What stands out most is how thoughtfully they handle sensitive occasions. Ash scatterings and memorial ceremonies are mentioned in multiple reviews, with families describing the crew as respectful, supportive, and quietly exceptional during emotional moments. They also handle engagements, surprise proposals, and multi-generational family outings with the same level of care. When conditions aren't ideal, they adapt quickly and keep the experience worthwhile, which says a lot about how they prioritize their guests over just going through the motions.
We had an incredible experience on this private catamaran cruise departing from Waikiki Beach. Our captains, Austin and Taemin, were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip feel relaxed and special. Highlights included spotting whales and even a pod of dolphins, which was such a memorable bonus. We also had time to snorkel, jump off the boat, and just enjoy being out on the water. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. This was a trip with our family of four plus my in-laws, and it truly felt like a private, personalized experience for all of us. Everyone had an amazing time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, memorable day on the water in Oahu!
