- Complete an online waiver at least 72 hours before departure if you are 18 or older; travelers 17 and under are listed on a parent or guardian’s waiver

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 30 days before your private charter. Cancel 7–29 days before for a refund less a 10% fee. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Yes. All guests must have strong swimming ability to snorkel at Turtle Canyon. The captain and crew assess this, and they may ask you to exit the water if they determine you are not a strong enough swimmer.
