- Bring the credit card used for your booking. A fully refundable $500 hold may apply for incidentals, separate from the listed price
- Cleaning fees may apply if swimsuit dye stains the seats; these fees are not included in the listed price
- A signed liability waiver is required for all adults
- Remove your shoes before boarding; shoe storage is provided on board
- Bring only non-messy snacks; no Cheetos. Pack any food going into the cooler in a watertight container
- No glass is allowed except liquor and Champagne bottles
- No smoking is allowed; vapes are permitted
- Apply spray sunscreen before boarding
- Wear a swimsuit that has been washed at least twice to prevent dye from staining the seats
Cancellation Policy
Full refund at least 5 days before start; 75% at 4 days; 50% at 3 days; no refund within 48 hours. Unsafe-weather cancellations, at the captain's discretion, receive rescheduling or credit. Light to medium rain or overcast skies do not qualify. No-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice forfeit the booking without refund. Late arrivals shorten your charter.
