- A fully refundable $500 credit card hold for incidentals may apply, separate from the listed price.

- A signed liability waiver is required for all adults.
- Remove your shoes before boarding; shoe storage is provided on board.
- Bring only non-messy snacks; no Cheetos. Pack any food for the cooler in a watertight container.
- No glass is allowed except liquor and champagne bottles. Smoking is prohibited; vapes are allowed.
- If you use spray sunscreen, apply it before boarding.
- Wear a swimsuit that has been washed at least twice to help prevent dye stains on the seats.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before start for a full refund, 4 days before for 75%, or 3 days before for 50%. No refund within 48 hours. If the captain deems weather unsafe, you'll be offered rescheduling or credit. Light to moderate rain or overcast skies do not qualify. Late arrivals shorten your rental; no-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice receive no refund.
