Cancellation Policy
Full refund 5+ days before start; 75% refund 4 days before; 50% 3 days before; no refund within 48 hours. Unsafe-weather cancellations are at the captain's discretion, with rescheduling or credit. Light to medium rain or overcast skies don't qualify. No-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice receive no refund. Late arrivals reduce your rental time.
