- Bring your ID to pickup.
- Bring the credit card used for your reservation to pickup. A fully refundable $500 hold may be placed on your card for incidentals; this hold is separate from the listed price.
- Sign a liability waiver if you're an adult.
- Remove your shoes before boarding; shoe storage is provided.
- Bring only non-messy snacks, with no Cheetos. Put food intended for the cooler in watertight containers.
- No glass is allowed except liquor and champagne bottles. Smoking is prohibited; vapes are allowed.
- Apply spray sunscreen before boarding.
- Wash swimsuits at least twice before wearing them on board to prevent dye from staining the seats. Incidental cleaning fees may apply and are not included in the listed price.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before start for a full refund, 4 days before for 75%, or 3 days before for 50%. No refund within 48 hours. If the captain deems weather unsafe, rescheduling or credit is provided. Light to medium rain or overcast skies do not qualify. Late arrivals shorten your rental; no-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice forfeit the booking without a refund.
