- Bring your ID when you arrive for pickup.
- Bring the credit card used to book your rental and present it at pickup.
- A fully refundable $500 credit card hold may apply for incidentals, separate from the listed price.
- Sign the liability waiver if you're an adult.
- Remove your shoes before boarding; shoe storage is provided.
- Bring only non-messy snacks; Cheetos are not allowed. Pack any food going in the cooler in a watertight container.
- Do not bring glass, except liquor and Champagne bottles.
- Do not smoke on board; vaping is allowed.
- Apply spray sunscreen before boarding.
- Wear swimsuits that have been washed at least twice to prevent dye from staining the seats. Incidental cleaning fees may apply for staining and are not included in the listed price.
- Late arrivals reduce your scheduled time on the water.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before start for a full refund, 4 days before for 75%, or 3 days before for 50%. No refund within 48 hours. Unsafe-weather cancellations at the captain's discretion result in rescheduling or credit. Light to medium rain or overcast skies do not qualify. No-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice forfeit the booking without a refund.
