- Bring your ID to pickup.
- Bring the credit card used for your booking to pickup. The operator may place a fully refundable $500 hold on it for incidentals, separate from the listed price.
- Cleaning fees may apply if swimsuit dye stains the seats. These fees are not included in the listed price.
- Sign a liability waiver if you're an adult.
- Remove your shoes before boarding; shoe storage is provided.
- Bring only non-messy snacks; no Cheetos. Put any food for the cooler in a watertight container.
- Do not bring glass, except liquor and Champagne bottles.
- Do not smoke on board; vapes are allowed.
- Apply spray sunscreen before boarding.
- Wear a swimsuit that has been washed at least 2 times to help prevent dye from staining the seats; brand-new swimsuits are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before start for a full refund, 4 days before for 75%, or 3 days before for 50%. No refunds within 48 hours. If the captain deems weather unsafe, you'll be offered rescheduling or credit. Light to medium rain or overcast skies do not qualify. Late arrivals reduce your rental time; no-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice receive no refund.
