Cancellation Policy
Private charters are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the operator cannot perform due to events beyond its control, including unfavorable weather, a replacement charter will be scheduled within six months. If rescheduling is not possible, all amounts paid will be refunded.

Your charter may be moved to another vessel based on capacity or availability.
Food and beverages must be consumed aboard the vessel. To-go food boxes and drink cups are not allowed, except approved Riverwalk Cups; outside cakes may be taken to go.
Dancing, entertainment, singing, and other performances require prior written approval.
