- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for parking and restroom use
- Ages 12+ only
- At age 12, wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while the vessel is underway
- Consult a doctor before participating if you are pregnant or have back, neck or heart conditions, recent surgery, or a condition aggravated by rough water
- Parking permits cost $15, are not included in the listed price, and are purchased with cash
- Leave tripods and monopods behind
- Dress in warm layers; waterproof clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended, and heels are not permitted

Reservations are non-refundable 24 hours after purchase. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

You do not need to be a photographer to join. For the private charter, a 100–400mm lens is recommended; tripods and monopods are not permitted.
