Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 30 days ahead for a full refund. With at least 14 days' notice, refunds and reschedules are available minus a $100 administrative fee. No-shows and cancellations within 14 days are charged the full fare.

Yes. Passengers age 21+ may drink responsibly in the vehicle. Bring proof of age; you must show it before the excursion begins.
Gratuity is not included. Pick-up or drop-off outside Sonoma or Napa Valley costs extra (confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking). If your transportation time goes over 6.5 hours, added time is charged at $95 per hour ($62.50 per half hour).
Your excursion can start and end almost anywhere in the Bay Area. You’ll get pick-up from where you’re staying and drop-off at your preferred location.
