Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before start. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable unless conditions are unsuitable for safe winter paddling, in which case we will reschedule or issue a full refund. Trips run only when conditions meet safety standards; route and go/no-go decisions prioritize comfort and safety.
