Important details
- Ages 14+ only; ages 14–17 require a parent or guardian.
- Complete a waiver before participating, and share the safety guidelines with everyone in your group.
- Wear sandals or slip-on shoes for the lake plunge.
- Do not consume alcohol, cannabis, or other impairing substances before or during the session. Participation is not permitted if you appear intoxicated.
- Do not bring glass containers or take food inside the sauna.
- Monitor your physical condition throughout the session. Sauna use and cold exposure carry risks including dehydration, dizziness, burns, slips, and changes in heart rate. Follow staff safety guidelines; unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, change, and prepare. If you arrive late, you may still join, but your session will end at its scheduled time.

Cancel 7+ days before: full refund or free rescheduling. 48 hours–7 days: 80% refund or one-time rescheduling credit. Within 48 hours, late arrivals or no-shows: no refund or rescheduling. Weather alone doesn't qualify for a refund. Operator cancellations for unsafe conditions, unavailable equipment or unforeseen circumstances: full refund or free rescheduling.
