Important details

• Ages 18+ only
• If this is your first sauna session, arrive 5 minutes early to check in
• Arrive wearing a swimsuit or sauna wear; metal clasps can get hot
• Bring slip-on footwear, a water bottle, and two towels; a robe is optional
• Hydrate before, during, and after your session; drink 16 ounces of water before arriving
• Sit on a towel in the sauna, and do not use body lotions or oils before your session
• Keep phones and food out of the sauna
• Do not drink alcohol before sauna or attend while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
• Requires balance to navigate 3 small entry steps and get on and off benches without handrails
• Exit the sauna if you feel nauseous, lightheaded, or dizzy
