Important details
- Ages 18+ only
- Arrive 5 minutes early if this is your first sauna session
- Arrive wearing a swimsuit or sauna wear
- Bring slip-on shoes or boots and two towels
- Sit on a towel while in the sauna
- No phones, food, body lotions, or oils in the sauna
- Remove most jewelry and hair clips before entering; metal can become hot
- Do not attend if you are noticeably under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Stay home if you have cough, shortness of breath, fever or chills, sore throat, congestion, body aches, headache, or loss of taste or smell
- Requires navigating 3 small steps and maintaining balance on uneven surfaces and sauna benches without handrails
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your reservation. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your reservation are not refunded. Exceptions may be made case by case.
