- Expect departure in rain unless the captain determines it is unsafe to navigate
- Expect crew gratuity to be separate from the listed price; cash is needed for captain and crew gratuity
- Understand that boarding may be canceled after check-in for behavior that threatens safety, including intoxication or serious illness

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by booking type. Full-payment bookings receive a full refund with 20+ days' notice; deposit bookings receive a 75% refund with 20+ days' notice. Cancellations within 19 days are nonrefundable. Full refund if the captain or operations team cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged in full.
