Food and drinks are not included; bar purchases are credit/debit only, and no outside beverages are permitted. A 15% gratuity is added to hosted bar tabs. Guests must be able to walk and board independently; wheelchairs and mobility devices (canes, walkers, crutches, braces/boots) are not accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not available for cancellations. You can reschedule if notified at least 2 weeks before departure; no rescheduling within 2 weeks. No refunds or rebooking for late arrivals or no-shows. Full refund (including booking fees) if the operator cancels due to unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The yacht fits up to 46 guests total, including infants. If alcohol is being served, guests under 21 aren’t permitted onboard during private charters (exceptions may be made for family events). Children under 13 aren’t permitted on the upper deck.
No. All guests must be able to walk and board independently. Wheelchairs and mobility devices aren’t accommodated, including canes, walkers, crutches, braces, or boots.
Check in at least 15 minutes before departure. Boarding starts when the primary charter guest confirms everyone has arrived; if you choose to wait for late arrivals, your charter time isn’t extended. The charter also isn’t extended for late arrivals due to parking.
