- Arrive and check in at least 15 minutes before departure; everyone boards together shortly before departure
- Bring a valid photo ID; alcohol purchases or consumption require a valid hardcopy ID and are limited to ages 21+
- Requires independent walking without assistance; wheelchairs, canes, walkers, crutches, boots, and braces cannot be accommodated
- Leave high heels, pets, outside beverages, smoking materials, vaping devices, cannabis, and illegal substances behind
- Deliver food to the kiosk 45 minutes before departure if bringing it aboard
- Use a credit or debit card for bar purchases; cash is not accepted
- Expect bar purchases to cost extra; hosted bar tabs have a 15% gratuity added that is not included in the charter price
- Expect weather-dependent operations and possible departure-location changes based on conditions

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not available for cancellations. Rescheduling is available with at least 2 weeks' notice. No refunds or rebooking for late arrivals or no-shows. Full refund, including booking fees, if the cruise is canceled due to unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The yacht fits up to 46 guests total, including infants. If alcohol is being served, guests under 21 aren’t permitted onboard during private charters (exceptions may be made for family events). Children under 13 aren’t permitted on the upper deck.
No. All guests must be able to walk and board independently. Wheelchairs and mobility devices aren’t accommodated, including canes, walkers, crutches, braces, or boots.
Check in at least 15 minutes before departure. Boarding starts when the primary charter guest confirms everyone has arrived; if you choose to wait for late arrivals, your charter time isn’t extended. The charter also isn’t extended for late arrivals due to parking.
