- Arrive by the scheduled departure time. A 15-minute grace period applies, but a delayed departure cannot extend the charter beyond operational limits. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your charter.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund minus processing and administrative fees. Cancel 7–29 days before to forfeit your deposit. No refunds within 7 days or for no-shows. If canceled for weather, safety, or operational reasons, you can reschedule to an available date or receive a full refund. No refunds if sea conditions prevent water activities but the charter proceeds.
