4. At 13:00, visit St Huberts Cellar Door and Soumah of Yarra Valley over 2 hours 30 minutes.
5. At 15:30, visit Four Pillars Gin Distillery for 1 hour.
6. Return at 18:30 to Beacon Cove/Light Rail in Port Melbourne. Drop-off at your preferred address may be possible if it is nearby or suitable for your host.
