• Children under age 8 require an appropriate child safety seat. Bring and install the seat yourself; guides cannot install car seats
• A signed waiver is required before departure
• National Park Service entrance fees are not included and apply to travelers age 16 and older; fees vary by residency
• Without a non-resident annual pass, non-US residents may face a $100 per-person entrance fee. A non-US resident America the Beautiful Pass costs $250 per pass
• Arrive a few minutes early at your assigned central meeting point or property, and allow an additional 5–10 minutes for your guide’s arrival
