- Bring an appropriate child safety seat for each child under age 8; guides cannot install car seats
- Sign the required waiver before departure
- National Park entrance fees apply for ages 16 and older and are not included. Non-U.S. residents pay $100 per person, or $250 for a non-U.S. resident America the Beautiful Pass
- Be ready at your assigned pickup location a few minutes before the scheduled time; guide arrival may be delayed by 5–10 minutes
