- Not suitable following surgery within the past 6 months, during pregnancy, or with heart, respiratory, neck, or back conditions
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo identification at check-in; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 4–7 days before the tour for a full refund; 48–72 hours before for a 50% refund; or 24–47 hours before with no refund. For extreme weather such as hurricanes, you'll be offered a reschedule or full refund. If you get sick before the tour, a reschedule or full refund is available with a medical certificate.
