Cancel at least 72 hours before start for a refund (groups of 10 or more: at least 7 days). Credit card processing fees and deposits are nonrefundable. No refunds for later cancellations, late arrival, early departure, or no-shows. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, receive a full refund or reschedule. Tours require 4 participants; if unmet, cancellation is notified 24 hours ahead with full refund.
