Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund minus applicable processing and administrative fees. Cancel 29–7 days before departure and your deposit is forfeited. No refunds within 7 days or for no-shows. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, or operational conditions.
FAQs
Bring eco-friendly, oil-free sunblock, swimwear, slip-on shoes or sandals, and waterproof protection for phones and cameras. Alternate-port taxes require cash; cash is also recommended for crew gratuity.
Arrive at your scheduled departure time. A 15-minute grace period applies when operationally feasible; arrivals more than 15 minutes late may shorten your charter without a refund.
