Cancel 30+ days before for a full refund minus applicable processing and administrative fees. From 29 to 7 days, cancellations forfeit the deposit; changes may be requested subject to availability and approval. No refunds within 7 days or for no-shows. Full refund if canceled for weather, safety, or operational conditions.
