Important details
- Arrive by the scheduled departure time; arrivals over 15 minutes late may shorten the charter
- Las Animas and Quimixto require a minimum 6-hour charter
- Yelapa requires a minimum 7-hour charter
- Alternate embarkation port taxes are not included: $350 for Nuevo Vallarta or Los Muertos Pier, and $700 for La Cruz Marina
- Snorkeling, swimming, and paddleboarding depend on sea and weather conditions

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund minus applicable processing and administrative fees. Cancellations 29–7 days before departure forfeit the deposit. No refunds within 7 days or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, or operational conditions.
