Important details

• On full-day options, children aged 0–15 require an accompanying paying adult. Infant tickets cover ages 0–3, child tickets ages 4–15, and adult rates apply from age 16.
• Phillip Island and half-day options are not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible.
• Standard-coach Phillip Island options are not recommended during pregnancy or for anyone with disabilities, high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, asthma or other serious medical conditions. The half-day option is not recommended for impaired physical mobility, high blood pressure or epilepsy.
• Alcohol tastings on the cherry-picking tour require age verification. The listed tasting inclusion is for ages over 18; bring valid identification.
• Driver-guide gratuities of AUD 5 per person are not included. On full-day options, these are settled in cash during the tour.
• If the Maru Koala and Animal Park visit operates, optional admission costs AUD 33 per adult and AUD 18 per child, separate from the listed price.
• Mercedes minibus pickup outside the included pickup points may incur an additional charge, not included in the listed price.
• Meals and drinks are not included, apart from the tastings specified for the cherry-picking option. Fruit picked to take away costs extra.
• On Phillip Island options, children aged 4–15 must use their allocated seat and wear a seat belt. Do not feed wildlife or damage the ecosystem.
• Premium/Plus tickets are assigned randomly as either Premium or Plus; neither specific category is guaranteed.
• Maru Koala and Animal Park visits depend on the train schedule. The Nobbies stop is also not guaranteed on standard-coach Phillip Island options.
• The departure time is assigned after booking and depends on the train schedule; it is not a time you choose. Arrive 10 minutes before departure, or 15 minutes before for the half-day option. Late arrivals and no-shows on standard-coach Phillip Island and half-day options receive no refund.
