- Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Children ages 6–8 participate in the first 8 zipline cables only
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for people with heart disease, disabilities, or mobility problems
- Bring the credit card used for your booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 4–7 days before; 50% refund 48–72 hours before; no refund 24–47 hours before. If you miss pickup, one free reschedule is offered, with no refund. For extreme weather such as hurricanes, a reschedule or full refund is offered. Illness cancellations require a medical certificate for a refund.
