- Ages 6–90 only
- Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience
- Not available during pregnancy or for travelers with heart disease, disabilities, or mobility problems
- Not available for travelers with colds, upper respiratory infections, or severe peanut allergies
- Be ready for pickup between 7:00 and 8:00 AM; final pickup is at 8:05 AM
- At check-in, present the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 4–7 days before the tour for a full refund. Cancel 48–72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations 24–47 hours before or no-shows. Tours operate rain or shine; extreme weather such as hurricanes qualifies for a reschedule or full refund. Illness qualifies for a reschedule or refund with a medical certificate.
