- Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid license and at least 1 year of driving experience

- At check-in, present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 4–7 days before the tour; 50% refund 48–72 hours before. No refund 24–47 hours before or for no-shows. One free reschedule is offered if you miss the pickup; missing the rescheduled pickup forfeits the booking. In extreme weather such as hurricanes, choose a reschedule or full refund. Illness may qualify for a reschedule or refund with a medical certificate.
