- If driving, parking validation covers the first hour; hours two through four cost $2 per hour, and standard rates apply after four hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule 1–9 tickets up to 72 hours before 5:00 PM HST for a full refund or free date change. Within 72 hours, no refunds; rescheduling costs $30 per person. For groups, cancel or reduce 11+ tickets at least 7 days ahead for a full refund; reduce up to 10 tickets up to 72 hours ahead. If the event is canceled for unsafe conditions or an Act of God, receive a full refund or reschedule.
