- Leave professional photo or video equipment and camera tripods at home
- Ages 0–2 attend as lap children and do not receive a seat, lei, or drink ticket
- Expect meals may be prepared in facilities that process common allergens, including nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, shellfish, and eggs
Cancellation Policy
For 1–9 guests, cancel up to 72 hours before 5:00 PM HST for a full refund. Within 72 hours, cancellations are nonrefundable; rescheduling costs $30 per person. Cancellations or reductions of 11+ guests require 7 days' notice for a full refund. Rain or light wind does not qualify for a refund. Full refund if the event is canceled for unsafe conditions or an Act of God.

Park in the International Market Place parking garage. You get validation for the first hour; the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hours are charged at $2 per hour. After four hours, standard rates apply.
