- Seating at your assigned table is first-come, first-served
- No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the venue
- Professional photography, videography, and camera tripods are not permitted
- Meals may be prepared in facilities handling common allergens; an allergen-free environment is not guaranteed
- If driving, parking validation covers the first hour; hours two through four cost $2 per hour, and standard rates apply after four hours. Parking is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the 5:00 PM HST start time for a full refund or free date change. Within 72 hours, refunds are not available; rescheduling has a $30 per person fee. For cancellations or reductions of 11+ guests, cancel at least 7 days before the original event date for a full refund. The luau runs rain or shine. If the entire event is canceled due to unsafe conditions, receive a full refund or reschedule.
