Moab, Utah
This family-owned operation delivers a memorable Moab experience that guests consistently rave about. The dinner cruise stands out for its generous buffet with plenty of choices, and the friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Guides like Tasha and Richard get special mentions for being knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely engaging. The UTV sunset tours offer surprisingly exhilarating rides through steep terrain, while the river cruises provide a unique perspective of canyon walls illuminated against the night sky. Most visitors love the overall package, though a few noted the narrative leans heavily into Mormon pioneer history with what some felt was a one-sided perspective on indigenous peoples. The light show, while cool, struck some as simpler than expected. A couple guests wished for better beverage options on the premium tour and more familiar music choices during entertainment. Still, the overwhelming majority find it well-organized and worth doing, with many calling it a highlight of their Moab trip. The hot chocolate waiting after cold-weather cruises is a nice touch that shows the thoughtfulness here.
