Know before you go

- A parent or guardian is required for ages 11–15
- A parent must sign a waiver for ages 16–17; online completion requires a screenshot at arrival
- Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit; a nonrefundable booking fee applies. Cancellations within 24 hours receive 50% back plus fees. No refunds for no-shows or denied entry due to drugs or alcohol. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

Arrive by your scheduled start time. Your room is reserved based on that time, not your arrival time, and your reservation is held for up to 5 minutes after it begins.
