- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session for check-in and preparation
- Ages 5+ only
- Ages 5–12 require a responsible adult age 18+ in the room
- Complete a waiver before participating; a parent or guardian must complete waivers for participants under 18
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and open-toe shoes are not permitted
- Alcohol and drug use are prohibited
- Pregnant individuals cannot participate
- Expect a minimum $150 charge for intentional damage to the building or off-limits items

Full refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. Purchases are nonrefundable after 24 hours.
