Important details
- Ages 5+ only. Ages 5–12 require an accompanying adult aged 18+ in the room.
- Participation is not permitted during pregnancy.
- Intentional damage to the building or off-limits items incurs a charge of at least $150, not included in the listed price.
- Wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals and open-toe shoes are not permitted.
- Complete a waiver before participating. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver.
- Alcohol and drug use are prohibited.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and preparation. Your session starts at the booked time, not when you arrive. Arriving at the scheduled time or late may mean waiting until the next session finishes.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. Purchases are non-refundable after 24 hours. One complimentary session reschedule or a gift card for future use is available. Additional rescheduled sessions require rebooking at full price.
