Know before you go
- Ages 11+ only
- Bring a parent or guardian if you are ages 11–15
- Have a parent sign your waiver if you are ages 16–17; show a screenshot if completed online
- Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and sandals are not allowed
- Wear comfortable clothing you do not mind getting dirty or ruined
- Do not enter if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment for a 50% refund plus fees. No refund for no-shows. A full refund or credit is available if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances or prior to your booking time.
FAQs
Complete all waivers before arrival and arrive by your scheduled start time. Your Rampage Rave session is reserved based on the scheduled time and held for up to 5 minutes after it begins; after that, it is canceled as a no-show without a refund.
Add a Glow Smash Upgrade, TVs, or extra bottles during checkout. Bags of glass and crates of glass are available to purchase when you arrive for your rage room session.
