- A parent or guardian is required for participants ages 11–15
- Participants ages 16–17 need a parent-signed waiver or proof of a completed online waiver at arrival
- Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and sandals are not allowed
- Entry is not allowed under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive 50% back plus fees. No refund for no-shows or denial of entry due to drugs or alcohol. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

Arrive before your scheduled start time. Your room is reserved from the scheduled time, not your arrival time, and reservations are held for up to 5 minutes after the start time.
