Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes
3 rappels, Gear, Instruction
Rappel 35 to 75+ feet on a guided adventure with three different descents, including a 60-foot canyon rappel reached by crossing two sky bridges. No experience is necessary, and you’ll get instruction throughout.
Ages 6+; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. You must be able to walk steep inclines and hills over at least 1.5 miles of uneven terrain; weight limit is 275 lbs for rappelling and harness waist fit must be 45" or less. Closed-toe shoes with good tread are required.
If cancelled by the operator due to weather or an extreme situation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancel 10+ days prior for a refund less fees: $15 per person plus tour booking fee (2–4 hr tours). No refunds or reschedules with less than 10 days notice.
Wear closed-toe shoes with good tread and clothing that allows a full range of motion (long pants can help prevent scrapes; clothing may get dirty, snagged, or ripped on sandstone). Bring water in a reusable bottle, plus a hair tie (if needed), bug repellent, rain gear, and layers for the season.
You must be in good health and able to walk steep inclines and hills for at least 1.5 miles over uneven terrain (rocks, roots, and leaves). You’ll also climb a hill and scramble over some large boulders to reach Fern Island.
Participants must be at least 6 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. The rappelling weight limit is 275 lbs, and you must safely fit into the harness (waist fit must be 45" or less and fit over your hips).

I would HIGHLY recommend going rock rappelling at High Rock Adventures!! My boyfriend and I have never been so this was our first time doing something like this and it exceeded our expectations! Our guides, Martin and Casey were amazing!! They were so laid back, nice and funny and really made the group laugh and feel comfortable! The rocks were challenging and definitely made me overcome a fear of just letting myself go backwards but I loved every second of it. We had so much fun, I wish we could’ve done it twice!! The views were amazing, the rocks were so pretty and it was just a great time overall :)
