- Meet at our shop on the river at least 20 minutes before your scheduled trip.
- Check-in at the cabin.
- Receive a safety briefing.
- Load in the bus and ride 12 minutes to the put-in point.
- We will help you unload your gear and get you on the water.
- Enjoy the day on the water.
- Get out of the river at our property.
- Swap stories while enjoying a load tot, hot dog, or nachos and cold beer or milkshake at The Dairy Dog.
- Head home and plan your next trip.

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Wear clothes that can get wet and shoes that stay on your feet in the water or on rocks. Bring water, sunscreen, and a small soft-sided cooler if needed. Do not bring glass containers or Styrofoam coolers.
If weather or other conditions are unsafe, you’ll receive a call to the number on your reservation on the morning of your trip, starting at 7 AM.
