- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled flight; takeoff may be 10–15 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time
- Flights require at least two seats sold
- Seat types have weight limits: Standard Seat 229 lbs, Front Row and Comfort Seat 269 lbs, and Comfort Plus Seat 500 lbs
- Additional charges may apply if your actual weight exceeds your selected seat's maximum
- Bring a camera, cell phone, or water if desired; carry-on bags and purses are not permitted aboard
Cancellation Policy
All ticket and gift card sales are final. Tours may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the flight for a per-seat fee. No-shows or check-ins more than 15 minutes late are billed in full.
