- Ages 8+ only; riders under 18 require an accompanying adult
- Children must be able to follow instructions
- Weight limit: 210 pounds. Your height-to-weight ratio must also fall within the operator’s safe body mass index range for the horses
- Participation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Parking is not included in the listed price. You’ll pay $15 per vehicle at the park
- Wear closed-toe shoes; athletic shoes and sneakers are acceptable. Sandals, flip-flops and extreme high heels are not permitted
- Do not bring backpacks, alcohol or hats that could blow off, and do not wear excessively loose or floppy clothing
- Arrive 10 minutes before your ride
Cancellation Policy
Private rides have a 3-day cancellation policy. Groups of 5+ require 7 days' notice or the full price is charged. No-shows and late arrivals are charged full price; late arrivals may miss the ride. Not meeting age or weight requirements incurs the full charge. No refunds for arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or insisting on unsafe clothing.
