- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Trips start on time, late arrivals do not extend your trip, and arriving 30 minutes late counts as a no-show

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead: full refund; 7–13 days: refund less deposit or full-value 12-month credit; 48 hours–6 days: 50% refund or 12-month credit; under 48 hours: no refund. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, choose a full refund or free reschedule. If weather shortens your trip after departure, receive a prorated refund for unused time beyond the first hour.
