Important details
- Ages 10+ only
- An internationally recognized diver certification is required. Bring acceptable proof of certification and a valid photo ID for check-in.
- Reasonably good physical health is required.
- Comfort swimming unassisted in the ocean is required. Novice swimmers require a private dive.
- You must understand and speak English for safety.
- Requires carrying your dive gear from the parking area to the water.
- A signed medical form from your doctor is required when your waiver responses call for it, including if you take prescription medication other than birth control.
- Complete the online Certified Diver Waiver before arrival.
- Do not reach altitudes of 1,000 feet or higher for 12 hours after one scuba dive or 18 hours after multiple dives. This restriction applies to flying and high-altitude activities.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 72 hours before the start incur a 20% fee; less than 72 hours incur a 100% fee. The notice period changes to two weeks during December–April and June–August. Cancellations are accepted only during business hours, 8 am–5 pm daily; voicemail messages are not accepted. No refund if you cannot swim or do not complete your dive.
