Important details
- Driver: age 18+ with a valid driver's license; age 25+ when carrying any passenger under 18
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Complete the required State OHV Education Course and have proof of completion before taking the vehicle
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list everyone in your party as a passenger
- Premium Damage Waiver is required and limits damage costs to a maximum of $1,500 per machine
- A card authorization hold of $1,500 per machine is required for the damage deposit on the day of your rental
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration
- An 8.5% equipment-use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in taxes and fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: 15+ minutes, $75; 1+ hour, $150; 2+ hours, full-day rental cost.
