Things to know
Check in at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your activity start time. Late returns have a $25.00 per 15-minute fee.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for illness, weather, early returns, or non-usage. Guest-initiated rebookings incur a 5% rebooking fee. If the operator cancels due to weather, you receive a credit for future services. Late returns: $25.00 per 15-minute late fee.
