All bookings are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests with less notice may not be accommodated. If the operator cancels or reschedules your class due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered rescheduling at no additional charge.
