- If you're the primary renter, ages 21+ and a valid driver's license are required; remain aboard for the full rental
- If you're under 21, travel with someone ages 21+
- Ages 12 and under must wear a United States Coast Guard-approved life jacket throughout the trip
- Use only United States Coast Guard-approved personal life jackets
- Alcoholic beverages are limited to 15% alcohol by volume or lower; the designated captain cannot drink alcohol, and passengers must be ages 21+
- Complete the required waiver before departure

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued only if Retro Boat Rentals DC determines weather is unsuitable for boating. Cool temperatures or cloudy skies do not qualify. Guest-initiated cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
