- Primary renter must be ages 21+, present a valid driver's license, and stay aboard throughout the rental
- Travelers under 21 must be accompanied by someone ages 21+
- Children ages 12 and younger must wear a United States Coast Guard-approved life jacket throughout the trip
- Bring only United States Coast Guard-approved personal life jackets; recreational flotation devices do not qualify
- Keep the designated captain alcohol-free; passengers ages 21+ may bring beer, wine, champagne, canned cocktails, or hard seltzers up to 15% alcohol by volume
- Complete the required waiver before departure
